that actually looks like a damn good recipe to me...only thing I might do is add a pack or two of sure gel to give it some viscosity as it cools.

I make something similar I add a little sodium carbonate (washing soda), baking powder and some ice cream rock salts. Never used concentrate fruit punch though. Sounds like it's worth a try thought.
