Mama BFIV took one of our granddaughters to pick out a pup, a lab mix, and she, our granddaughter, is everyday discovering and cleaning up the messes her new puppy creates. I don't have any pics to post, but right now I am looking at a gazillion pieces of cotton stuffing all over the front porch from a seat cushion on one of the porch swings. Not to mention chewed sticks, chewed up house shoes, remnants of nerf balls, dried gourds, and puppy toys. Was just wondering if any of yall have any good pics of classic messes your pups have created?

No pics...but that sounds like par for the course for a lab or lab mix.

My last pup which sadly i had to find a new home for did the following:

Ate a hole in a flat sheet rock wall
Pissed on my bed deliberately
ate a window sill casement
chewed a coffee table

Pissing in the bed was the final straw. Little bitch jumped up on the bed looked at the wife and took a piss

Dog was a lab/dane mix

The inlaws gave him a shitty raw hide for Christmas. He is no longer allowed to have raw hides. Or we could blame this on Cajun commander and cp3

Great Dane we had ate the door frame on the back door because we put her outside. She wasn't a puppy then though.

A friend of mine has a boxer that will chew on anything it can get in its mouth. It ate the brake lines off of the jeep he had parked in the back yard.

A cure for the chewing is a deer antler cut in half. They work wonders. When the dog gets bored of it, soak it in water for a couple of hours and they will go back to it.

My Lab literally ate my 3 window sills in the bay window in the master bath. He also ate Sheetrock and parts of the drapes. I have yet to repair any of the until he eventually croaks. He is 6 now and is really a good dog once he matured!

I remember that snap

Current lab, as a puppy, shredded an entire box of Sam's styrofoam cups in the back yard. Somehow he got it out of the storage building from the top shelf.

I beat his arse, then proceeded to pick that shite up for months

I have been lucky so far, my 5 month old lab hasn't chewed up anything yet. I did come home last Monday to a mixture of piss, shite and puke that I cannot describe here. My house smelled so bad I wanted to sell it.

That shite pic is almost enough to make me sick. I'm not good at dealing with that type of thing.

Yeah I've been lucky so far with my 4 month old golden retriever. A couple socks/boxers here and there but nothing major.

She had a UTI about 2 weeks ago and I came home to a nice mess in her kennel, but that's about the worst of it.

I have a picture somewhere from my living room camera 3 or 4 years ago. My, then very young, GSP got out of her kennel one day and it looked like whe used C4 on my couch, love seat and ottoman. thousands upon thousands of peices of foam, pillow stuffing and fabric from one end of the house to the other. I looked at the cameras from work that day, albeit too late, and was speechless. I did however remember to take a screen shot and then just said "frick it" since it couldn't get any worse.

My boykin has had explosive shits in her kennel 3 times. Just awful smell to wake up to. Still not sure what caused it. She also got into a box of packing peanuts and generously spread them all over my yard.

My labkin just eats socks. Lots of them all of the time. He has probably eaten and passed somewhere in the neighborhood of 2 dz socks. I'm not even sure how he gets them most of the time. The boykin actually ate a pair of my wife's underwear one time and passed them whole.

Same. As I was looking at the picture I had to tell myself that redfish tripped and spilled the pot of gumbo

My fiancé threw up when we walked in the house. There's a whole video. He broke the hinge on his kennel trying to get out. There was shite blown on 3 different walls. Throughout his kennel and blanks, there was a soft mud like substance. And he was covered in it. It was hell on earth

My 3 Boerboels have all had their moments. From chewing door moldings to eating through dry wall to eating mardi gras beads and requiring surgery to remove them. All as puppies. Once they ate cow shite and it made them sick and I found 2 of them the next morning in a sea of their own diarrhea as big as our laundry room. They are stil worth all of the trouble...especially now that they are older and have outgrown all the shenanigans.
