I saw a bunch of 25 or so between the Red River and an Oxbow about a week ago in NWLA. I did a double take, and sure enough... It was teal.

I saw a flock of 15-20 ducks flying across the interstate between Crowley and Lafayette Wednesday evening. Looked like teal to me. Idk what other ducks would be in that area right now.

I hear they're thick on Taledo. They even got mallards showing up in big numbers this week. Wigeon and pintail mixed in too. Should be a bang up year on the bend.
