Yeah he was pumped. He always talked about how bad he wanted to kill an 8 point that wasn't really wide but tall and thick. The thickness kind of takes away from the how tall he is in that picture.

That's Nascar fan's pic. I was going to ask him the same thing. I haven't duck hunted in a couple years, but used to live and breathe it. I have never seen a blond mallard. I don't think I've ever even heard of a blond mallard.

Best gag mount I ever saw was at Barger's drugs in Lake Charles at the Pharmacy counter...it was a Spoonie with a set of dentures...a true smiling mallard!

That was the best mount ever...that store's gone now..but the mount was good.

Bass all caught in one trip.. Also My Uncle's


I don't have any yet but plan on getting either a pintail or woodie mounted this year. :crossfingers:

I'm gunning for a pintail this year. Ive never killed a male. I had a pair of redheads i was going to mount, but the freezer went out and I lost them
