Shooting a tikka t3 .270win currently running 130gr corelokt. Shots will be anywhere from 50-200 yards.

Barnes TSX is very good ammo. Considering making the switch to Corbon's DPX Hunter line after the Freedom Group buyout though...

I have been shooting the Federal Fusion 150 gr for a few seasons with great results.

130 grain winchester ballistic silvertip

I know they aren't loved by the OB but damn if they haven't been devastating on white tail and hogs for me. Haven't lost an animal hit with one yet. Bullet does fragment but makes a massive wound cavity and anywhere close to the CNS of the animal and it is over. Turns the chest cavity to jello even after passing through a shoulder/leg

Federal premium nosler partition 150 gr. I have shot my last 4 deer with this round and have yet to have one go more than 30 yards. Previously used 130gr winchester silver ballistic tips that I was not impressed with.

This, but I shoot the Federal Premium version.

I use the 150 gr Federal Premium Sierra Gameking BTSP. Very very accurate, and the 20+ deer I've shot haven't moved a combined total of 10 steps after getting hit. Shots 20 to 200 yards.

In fact, I ordered 5 boxes from Midway last night.

130 grain Winchester SuperX PSP - Not high tech, buit it works.

Did you have a bad experience with the Corelokt, or just curious about other loads? That is supposed to be a good cartridge.

I handload the same bullet but really wish I would have gone the accubond route. Not to say their is anything wrong with the partition I just find the accubond performs the same terminally with just better ballistics and accuracy. 130gr accubond would be my choice.

I've got the same gun and have had great success with the 135 grain Hornady SSTs.

I shoot Hornady 140 gr, and they will shoot less than a 2 inch group at 200yards consistently.

Remington 700 w a Leopold varix3 2.5x 8 scope.

I bought a few boxes of loose ttsx bullets to handload. Have you killed anything with the solid copper rounds yet? Bought some 80 gr for the .243 and 140 grain for the 7mm rem mag.

Reminds me of something i was thinking about...why in the hell doesnt Hornady make a 270wsm load? They make pretty much everything else, and you would think the popularity would be enough to warrant at least one option.

Just strange to me.

They JUST started making any wsm. They have two 300wsm that were announced to be on the market in April 2017.

Hold in there, you might be the next up. I want to say I heard they had some development invested in a round competing with the wsm and that is why they were (up until now) refusing to load any wsm.
