Getting back into target shooting and need a good spotting scope. I know Bushnell is good, are there other brands to consider? TIA!

Haha. Apparently at 5:30 in the morning, I shouldn't be answering questions. Yes, Konus. I have one from Amazon that I use at the 100 yard range, and it works well for spotting even .17 HMR holes at that distance.

I was in this boat. If its just for the shoot range, how long are the lanes and typically it will be full daylight, right?

If around 100yds, and just for shooting range, buy the $30 harbour freight model
