So what's living on my back porch?

I found this about two weeks ago, and I've been monitoring it. Admittedly, I have no clue what it is, but it's freshly dug every morning. There are another two holes about 3 feet away, but they aren't fresh. There are no other holes in the yard.
I took this pic a few minutes ago. That rock right next to the hole was one I placed over the hole last night. Obviously, whatever guest I have said frick that rock.
My best guess is mole, but I'm ignorant as to these sort of things.

Well, one thing for sure, it's not that chick in your avatar. She's fine. And clean.

And she's from Baton Rouge.

Well that apparently answers that. I found a dead Cicada on the porch about 5 feet away from that hole last week.
Do I need to worry about them?

Put a sticky trap down. That should take it out, no problem.

Nope. They're pretty much just a really huge wasp that doesn't bother people.
Spray water down the hole and he'll come out.

If it won't bother me, I'll let it be. I hate buzzing Cicadas more than I have a desire to root out a wasp.
I love this board.

Make him come out. They're giant horrible looking things
Eta: don't let him crash into your face when he comes bailing out though. He won't sting you but you'll be pretty sure you're gonna die.

How'd it move the rock?

Hell if I know. Since I was told what it was, I've been puzzling over that.
I'm worried my Cicada killer may be hopped up on PEDs.

They're huge and their buzz is loud as shite. I had one fly into my leg before I knew what it was and it scared the shite out of me. They are harmless, but they definitely don't look like it.

Wicki says they are harmless. Knowing that, there is no way in hell I would let one get close enough to me to find out.
