That looks good, did you stamp the leather to get the detail in pic 2?

I did. That took the longest and I still have to learn some patience when doing that.

Looks good. My nephew makes saddles, chaps, and other leather working "cowboy" related items. He said chaps are a PITA but they are the most requested.

Looks good. My dad used to do a lot of leather work when I was a kid. It's really neat the things you can make.

I've always found that keeping and even amount of moisture in the leather makes for more even stamping when doing a large area like that with a small pattern.
Looks good though! I loved doing this many years ago, maybe I should go back to my parents house and find all my leatherworking supplies. I'm sure my wife would be like yours and not appreciate yet another hobby that I could pick up
