Texas rat snake. He is your friend but has a bad disposition.
Non venomous and will calm down after you grab him usually. Hope you saved him from someone's tires.

He hasn't yet, but it's common in falconry. I guess we just haven't run across one yet, since it's usually too cold for them when we hunt.
