Baby cakes(7 mag) and Ole Dirty (30-30) ready to go next weekend. Both shooting 1" groups. I only have one buck left tho, gotta wait for a biggun!

Bad for the deer! I always love sighting in the rifles this time of year. It been a tradition with the kids.

7mag a lil tighter than that. Got it hitting two inches high at a hundred yards. One inch high on ole dirty. It shoots best with core lokts 170grain.

I sighed in my dirty 30 this past weekend as well I've had it about 20 years. I used to not like it at all I wasn't accurate with it then 7-8 years ago I bought a tikka and to the shelf the 30/30 went. I didn't like that it had see thru sites. Hated it. Finally went ahead and got some low mounted rings and got her sighted in. That is a really good shooting gun.
