the boat was a damn good deal and we questioned the red at first. it's grown on me since.
otherwise that Shearwater is like a caddy riding through chop. love our old boat but it's night and day when running.

I got a 2007 Catalina 309 about a year ago. Been great to us so far.
BTW: I much prefer the "seasoned" hunters to the new ones. Just seem like more solidly built boats.
