Second CCA tagged red caught

No pics because I'm lazy. Caught out of Leeville this afternoon. The guy was walking around with it at the weigh in at Topwater today, this one was also caught from a kayak.

It was funny, he was in line this morning at Terry's and we were talking about the 1st tagged red! And not an hour later he caught one for himself!

Nice! Didn't I see your name on the leaderboard at some point today? How'd you finished up? I won the flounder division, which my red was only around 21" and I couldn't buy a trout.

Yep, I had a 7.11lb red that took 1st.
Only hooked 3 trout all day... 1 lost at the boat, 1 was short and the 3rd was 12.25"
Only managed a 10" flounder and threw him back... Only to find out at weigh in that it would have counted. With the 1lb bonus they were giving for slams, I would have taken home the kayak

Yeah the guy was laid back about the tagged red. I was at weigh in as well. In boat division.

I was curious about that as well. I had understood a 12" minimum. I saw one guy weigh one that was .18lb
