Savage Bolt Action .22 On Sale at Dick's

Saw a few people mention looking for a bolt .22 when the walmart clearance topic came up. Got an email from Dick's saying this rifle package was on sale. Almost half off. Accutrigger and a heavy barrel, not a bad deal for $175. Just figured I'd pass it along.

95% of the stores don't even sell guns or ammo

Weird. I don't think I've ever been to a Dick's that didn't have guns or ammo. Only place in my area that even had the Savage bolt slug gun I was after. Maybe they're different in Minnesota/Wisconsin/Virginia than they are in the south.

All of the ones I've been to around me don't have them. I go to academy if I want that experience

Yea I'd much rather be at Academy, but that hasn't been an option since before I joined the Navy.

Dick's on Slidell has a gun counter...I don't go there for same reasons mentioned...still pissed at Academy's recent PC move as well

Dick's around me in northern VA sells guns and ammo, they actually have them on display....much to the horror and dismay of so many liberals around here

took all of their evil looking "assault rifles" down off the shelves so they looked like they supported the sheeple when they actually kept selling them.
