Thanks brother. Me too.

Did you buy a new one?

Me and the SO have finally narrowed down our camper selection to 3.

May use the old one for a deer camp if we don't trade it in.

Not a new one. It's been in the shop. frick ethanol. It's been idling rough since I got it but always ran fine once I got it to higher RPM's. I figured I'd have to get some work done eventually anyway. But problems started snowballing pretty quick so I got it looked at. Needed a new VRO, had to rebuild the carbs, and even the gaskets on the air intake were bad. Good news is the rest of the motor is in fantastic condition. The mechanic said verbatim "that's a strong engine".

So the good news is it runs like new now. But it cost me a grand.

ETA: my dad said my brother would borrow the boat all the time and was putting ethanol gas in it before I bought it from him (my dad). So, thanks bro.

You buy the motor, not the boat.

in laws told me boat/rving buying is like buying horses, the 2 greatest days is the day you get em and the day you sell em.
