Sacalait Bayou Black Info?

Anyone hitting Bayou Black area near 70 mile canal or Orange Grove? If so how did it go?

Few more weeks/months and they should be turning on in the black.

Orange grove in the afternoon if you like 6" sac a lait.
I'm not kidding - the last hour of day light for the last 2 weekends 6" sac a lait every third cast. I didn't keep any but others were.
I had shiners and managed to catch a few bass both weekends to dirty the ice chest.

Nope. Catching elsewhere in bayou black. But I can't share that info

Was it Blue Bird? You could have walked from boat to boat Saturday there were so many people.

Nope. Not blue bird. I only try those popular places during the week. On the weekends if I go, I go to my off the grid spots
