Supposed to go to the Rigolets tomorrow - thoughts? We are worried about the weather - not sure what wind will do.

I don't have any input because I didn't get to fish that area at all this year, but I am interested to see how you do.
Let us know.

you might be hard pressed into finding clean water. I'd suggest the opposite side of Lake B, in the interior marsh.

How familiar are you with the area? Do you fish there often, or is this your first time?

Good luck, Stateguy.

I don't know anything about the area, but sure would like to catch some tripletail.

Anyone know the best time to chase them?

Pretty disappointing day. Buddy caught single trout, drum, and flounder. Nothing for me - not surprising. Fished a bayou off ICW (little platte?), some bayous around pearl and off main pass around to Rigolets marina, and under train bridge.

Don't let our lack of success deter you if you were gonna go - our skills are far from impressive

You'll have bad days in that area. I'm relatively new to it to, but we will occasionally kill it out of the Rigolets.

I'm only keeping these up for a few minutes. Maybe 911Moto will see this thread and give you some pointers.
