I am removing the old faded tribal decals from my xpress. I hated the way it looked, and they were pretty scratched up. I am replacing them with the jon boat decal, except it will be badge to match the boat. I started a thread a while back about possible trying to paint the boat myself, but i don't think i am going to deal with that. Anyways i removed the decals from one side of the boat today. Here are some pictures.

You should have left just the Xpress wording.

A picture of what you're planning on replacing it with?

This is the exact decal you see on their job boats, they are usually back. I called Xpress and had them make me a cream color to match the boat. I'm interested in how it will turn out.

Dude I was thinking the same thing. Big pink sparkling dick, that'll catch some fish boys.

I think you've made a good choice. I don't understand boat companies that put a bunch of bullshite graphics all over everything.

I agree, I like the plain and simple boat decals.

buddy of mine just bought a new 22' and his just has the small raised logo on the back, looks a lot cleaner without that stupid decal. that was on my list if I still had my xpress

Toss a YETI decal on the side and be done with it. Fish are always jumping into boats with Yetis.

I removed them off of my old Xpress. Blowdryer and razor blade. Simple. I like a solid hull. I with my bay boat was a solid color and I'd remove the decal off of it too

Yeah, when i talked to Xpress they told me i could purchase the raised decal (new one) as well. I just thought it may look a little funny on the older Xpress. I figured mine will be somewhat unique.
