A buddy of mine caught there limits of reds about a week or so ago. Just used bait shrimp under stopper. He didn't want to tell me where though

I fish the Cocodrie area. Reds are fairly active in the early AM - will hit spinners, etc. Get a little sluggish when it gets hot as shite. More luck with dead shrimp under cork then.
