Recovered a stolen stand

Had a ladder stand stolen Jan 2013. Today we were cutting shooting lanes for the replacement stand. I hiked down the hill a ways farther scouting some and found my missing stand under a blowdown. Guess whoever took it either decided it was too much work to pack it out or planned to come back for it and coildnt find it. It was a rough hike back up the hill trying to carry that thing but happy to have it back.

we ha d a tripod disappear and found it the following season about 120 yards away. The worse part was it was all set up, brushed in, and on a game trail deep in the woods.
Not only did they steal the stand they also were trespassing and hunting from it.

Should have hunted in it an awaited the losers return.
