I know I don't post much here, forgive me good sirs...

a friends recent hunt and I didn't make it

5" tusk on one side, 4" on the other ...

killed in southwest Mississippi area ......

Those things are taking over.

Any hog hunters here know if it's true that a boar is not good to eat if he's run a long ways before being dispatched?

We don't eat any of the boars we kill. Too gamey, the only time I will thinking about skinning one of those things is a sow ~50 lbs or less. But we kill/trap/snare so many of them we couldn't ever eat all the meat.
