Don't buy one, leave it in the box at the store.everybody wins.
I wish they are better, they look cool, and I love Ruger's finishing, but an AR is better.
There are times to be different, and I get that, but this isn't one of those times.

I actually re-torqued the gas block with a little extra torque on the left screws in a n attempt to push it right
you have to be careful with the gap in the gas block...it has to even all the way around but you can adjust the gap, most people do it to tone down the pressure so it doesnt fling the brass halfway across the range

I love how these threads bring out the AR owners claiming their 2+ MOA rifle is better than another 2+ MOA rifle shooting the same 2 MOA ammunition.

I recall making sure the gap was equal, just put a little more mookie on one side. How does re-torqueing the gas block change the distance it will throw brass, mine throws it about 20'.

widen the gap and it was soften the eject

And to top it off there might be 5 sub MOA shooters on the entire board.
Any time I walk into a gun store and hear, "I hit that deer at 450 yards on the pipeline while he as moving" I die a little inside.
I've invited quite a few shooters to my range, no one has kept the grouping in the middle of a Jack, Queen, King, playing card at 200 yards.
If you aren't doing that, you aren't hitting a pie pan at 500. And you aren't hitting a silhoette at 1000.
Deal with it.

This is the Internet. Everyone can shoot half MOA. Offhand. While drinking beer. Off the hood of a 2016 F150.

My 581 Ranch Rifle was throwing brass across state line! I bought an adjustable gas block from Accuracy Systems. It worked great! Improved accuracy a lot. What like about it that it is simple and rugged. It doesn't matter what the MOA is if it doesn't go boom. I'm thinking about upgrading the barrel and trigger next.

I can shoot sub MOA, provided I haven't had any caffeine or alcohol in the previous 24 hours....
...on second thought, I can't shoot sub MOA

Damn. I can only hold an MOA. Didn't realize how much I sucked.
