Question about Louisiana tax free weekend

If I purchase an atv from Hattiesburg Cycles next weekend, will it be tax free since you pay Louisiana taxes when it's registered in Louisiana?

No - purchase it from a local dealer it will be though..

I just put 2 scopes, rings and mounts on "lay away" to pick up on the 5th.
