go to Walmart.com click help>order shipment>chat... or some shite like that.. the put in your order # and type in uour complaint. Then you'll be all...

Adia O was less helpful. She said the reason my order is still processing is due to the tapered blades being out of stock. She cancelled the out of stock items but still couldn't guarantee the others would ship, I still don't expect to ever get anything. Did you get a shipping notice for your order?

Well, after several chats with the help center and being told that I was pretty SOL. I got it escalated to the right person who emailed me yesterday saying it was a computer problem, and my order was not placed. They are currently out of stock, but when they get more in I can order them , reply to the email with my order number and he will honor the price from last week...

Looks like a price error. I was on a chat with Eliana P. and she said it looks like a price error and to wait 24-48 hours. She wanted me to cancel my order and re-order. I said no, I'll wait.

Yeah, I had a chat session with Stephanie P who was not very helpful. She basically told me the same thing that they would try to push the order through or cancel it and I would have to reorder. I told her that I didn't want the order cancelled. I have to wait 48hours for an email. The best part was when she asked if I was still there. I was in the process of typing "yes" when she immediately hit the auto-message: "Since I have not heard from you in a while, I'm going to have to close the chat for now. It's been a pleasure assisting you today! Please do not hesitate in contacting us back if needed. You may receive a brief survey after I close this chat and I would really appreciate your feedback. Thank you for contacting Walmart.com and I hope you have a great day! "

LSULefty, check your order status online. Mine now says "Cancellation Requested" when I specifically said I didn't want it cancelled. I am curious if yours says the same thing.
