Sea-pro bay boats are nice for the $$. I just bought a 08 196cc and love it. Pro Lines don't do it for me.

Sea Pro's just look so much better than Pro Lines. I can't speak to the quality of either of them though.

What's the smallest motor you could put on a 21' sea pro?

Speaking from some experience, if I was looking in the 21' range, I'd go with the Sea Pro.

The Sea Pro appears to be a bit more versatile, faster, more fishable.
Not only that, you'll probably get more bang for your buck with the SP.

The Proline is probably a higher quality though.

Tidewater (new company with Sea Pro designs) recommends a 150 h.p. for their 21' bay max. I'd say that it's probably the lowest you could go and still get minimal performance.
