What was that guy thinking? How did he expect to get away with it?

And, I guarantee members of that club knew Toups and that he didn't have a license. Shame on them.

You don't invite casual acquaintances to hunt your club land (especially one with monsters like that walking around). Wouldn't you know if one of your friends got popped for game violations and lost his license?

I'm not saying everyone knew. But the one or two that invited him did.

My guess:
He drills the record buck and one of the other members that wasn't familiar with Toups called. Then Toups and his buddies had to come clean knowing the warden was en route.

you can lose your hunting privileges for many things that aren't game violations


One being child support payments

I hunt in a club with several members of my family. I have no clue whether they have a license or not. I just assume that they do
