Have been hesitant to get a Polaris after seeing and hearing about all the issues friends have had with theirs over the years. But I finally gave in after my 10 yo Rhino was stolen...which I beat the shite out of and never had an issue.

Get my new Ranger Monday and finally get to take it out Tuesday. Never off road, just loaded it and took it to the camp. After about 3 miles and maybe 10 minutes, it has a broken transmission linkage cable. I knew I should've stuck with the yamaha's.

This is why I bought a Honda Pioneer. My ranger had a piston come apart for no reason according to the mechanic.

I have a 2014 with about 1000 miles on it. I use it in our property for hauling/pulling/trailriding. It wouldn't crank one time. Had a fouled spark plug that i didn't change when I changed oil. I've been pleased with it.

We bought a 2016 1000xp last year and at 40 hours the motor had to be completely rebuilt due to some defect in the air intake system. Tough pill to swallow dropping 20k on a sxs to have that happen. I wish we had went Honda tbh
