Need suggestions for your go to pocket knife. There are so many to choose from. Looking for a medium sized to clean small game as well as everyday pocket knife uses. TIA.

I have a bench made Mini griptillian that I like a lot. It's either 7 or 8 years old and holds up well.
It's still just a knife though. I don't like regular stainless blades so I try to find carbon steel or tool steel stuff. Mine is D2 which is a common tool steel.

I like the classic Buck 110. Walmart has them for cheaper than Bowie.

Benchmade Mini Barrage here.
Benchmades are expensive but you get what you pay for. Plus the lifetime warranty is awesome.

Kershaws are damn good knives in my opinion.

Spyderco Paramilitary here. Has been my favorite knife that I've owned (maybe 25)

I don't like the assisted open on the kershaws. I had one pop open in my pocket once. Found out later that it was because I had taken the belt clip off and carried it in the bottom of my pocket.
I'm not carrying a knife that needs to be used with a belt clip.

SOG Trident. Light strong and very well made. Assisted opening. Also has a seatbelt cutter.

For EDC, I love my Cyro. If I break it or lose it, another is only $40.

I have to have a smaller blade for work, I use to carry the Kershaw Scallion, but I got a SOG Twitch II and like it better.

Everyone will be in here throwing out whatever they are currently carrying. There are plenty of good options.
How much are you looking to spend? That can narrow things down greatly.
From there I would then decide if you want assisted opening or not to narrow the search even further.

$50 Kershaw assisted opening. Gets it done.

Really don't have a budget. I would like to stay under $75 but if you can convince me it is worth it I am not against spending more. Assisted opening is not a must but would be nice.
