I'm in the same boat with the same model truck, fwiw.

Try Kirk's on Airline. The building they are in was recently purchased by American Factory Direct and Kirk's has to be out if their current space by the end of October.

My wife got me one at tractor supply. It's nice enough and was reasonable.

Do you need a big heavy duty one or something low pro to fit under a bed cover? Bakflip makes one that fits under there bed cover and if you need it can be emptied and folded out of the way if you need the full bed.

CSC in BR matched a price I found on Amazon, but online was still about $20 less. UWS low-pro black on my F150.

I have a Craftsman truck box that locks for a full size pickup truck for sale. $150 OBO. I live in Abita Springs, LA. If you want it, email me.

I had a UWS chest type in my '03 chevy. I liked it because you could not see it until you got right up to the truck.

Yes, but I've had some quality issues with it from the get go.

I just want to be able to throw my gold clubs or a shotgun in a case in there and forget about them, and not have to worry about them getting wet

It's perfectly dry. I keep all kind of stuff in there and have never noticed any moisture or leakage of any kind

I got the low pro kobalt box from lowes, and the latches are absolute shite. Other than the latches it's great though.

Yeah the latches on the UWS are decent, but that's really what sets them all apart. WeatherGuards are made really well, but they're almost double what I paid for mine, and I'm not in and out of it enough to justify that.

For anyone interested

I have a black UWS box on my F150. No leaks and o issues so far. I am picking up floor liners for it today. Other than that, I am going to put a bug shield, mud guards and wheel well liners on it.
