Thanks. All I do I set the minnow trap out in the creek by my house. Overnight I get about 20-25 crawfish. Smallies love em. Free line toss behind boulders. I though I had sauger at first. But then she started jumping. Fish is atleast 8-9 years old.

They are fun when they live their whole life in fast water

It's my buddies stealth craft. Pretty sweet drift boat. Also here are the crawfish I get in the creek. They all have one big claw and a little one. I ride my arctic cat down to the damn. Not a bad place to fish. We take the boat on the river though.

Jelly. I don't think there is a better fighting freshwater fish than a smallie.

What do y'all think that weighs? I'm 6' 189. I'm holding it pretty close to my chest. I was guessing 4.5 lbs. my buddy was saying 6+ I know it's not that big. But it's one of the bigger ones to come out of the Yough River for sure. Most we catch are about 2-2.5 lbers
