Hello all! I'm hoping someone can help me with a problem I know nothing about. My neighbor is always helping me with things after I had an accident & I would like to give him something back. He has everything but has mentioned this a few times.

He told me he has 6 or 8 .22 pellet guns that don't hold air anymore. He said that he needs the tool that you have to have to change the seal. He said a guy makes the tool and sells it online along with the seals. The seals can differ but not the tool (unless the gun is really old).He said he doesn't need the seals, just the tool & it's about $15.00. I think they are all Sheridans. Any ideas or do I need more information?

Thank you so much for any help!!

If your handy you can make the tool out of a 1/4" hex bit holder from Harbor Freight for less than a buck.

You Tube link on how to make it.

Just reread. Call crossman corp, who bought Benjamin/Sheridan. They'll give you an order number. Can send back to factory and they'll fix whatever is wrong with the gun for $35. I sent 3 a couple of years ago. They repaired 2 and sent a new one to replace the third. Took about a month to get them back.

He has so many to fix it might be costly but I will let him know if I don't get the correct tool.
Thank you

I repaired my old Benjamin with a kit from Pyramyd air. They have an 800 number and were very helpful. My old gun shoots like new after installing the kit.
