Paging Wick or Choupique In Search of a GSP

I know there has been a lot of talk about GSP's on the board lately, but I could use some help here.
We just had to put down my parents GSP a little over 2 weeks ago, and I've been wanting to get one for a while so now the search begins. It doesn't help that my 3 year old son is pretty tore up over losing the old dog. So I figured i'd try to find one for Christmas.
I don't want to go to a puppy mill type place or somebody that only does it for profit. I would like to get a quality dog that I can train to bird hunt with and possibly track deer (we'll see about that).
I know getting one by Christmas is a stretch, but it seems like plenty of guys around here have them so it's a possibility. Thanks a lot!

Look up Six Hitch Farms on facebook. They are expecting a couple of litters on Christmas Eve, or Christmas. She puts out gorgeous dogs. We got 2 of our GSPs from there, and they are awesome. My female actually just had a litter that will be ready to go home for Christmas, though all of them are spoken for. In the off chance someone happens to back out, I can let you know.

Okay, well, there was only 1 female in the litter of 6, she was the first picked, and I know he is not going to back out.

Call Charlie Rose at Wildrose kennels of you don't mind traveling. He has down really good dogs

Take your time - I know your 3yr old son is tore up but it sounds like you need some good blood lines, you will find the right one.....

wick fish were biting great today. Limit of specks and white trout in 2 hours, 3 over 3 pounds.
