PAC is on fire

Went Yesterday fished 100 yards from boat launch everyone was getting limits of Reds. Dead shrimp fishing the bottom.

I don't understand why people target reds. They're not difficult to catch, and just about anyone from the Rant could catch a limit if you give them live bait.

Well obviously. Who wouldn't enjoy a nice drum pulling some drag. I'm just saying the people who go out only for reds confuse the hell out of me.

I'd rather catch 25 specs then 5 redfish.

Not I. Redfish are more fun to catch than specs. Bass are even more fun to catch than specs. You just can't go out and catch 25 reds or bass back to back and keep them.

I only fish for them after I've caught my trout or whatever else I was after.
