Yep. Faxis was banned and apparently isn't going to be allowed to come back since he posted something that happened with a recruit and a name and apparently if he's allowed to post on that account, he would be incapable of not doing it again.
Good thing he doesn't have an alt. God only knows what would happen then since he obviously has forbidden knowledge and wouldn't be able to keep it to himself.
