- Duck Other Necessary items
: Italian Dressing, Tony's, Soy Sauce, worcestershire sauce, Bacon,Cream Cheese, Jalepenos, and toothpicks Marinate
Marinate the duck in Italian dressing, tony's, soy sauce, and worcestshire for about an hour before you plan on cooking. Pre Cooking
Soak the tooth picks in water to avoid burning on the grill and cut the cream cheese into small pieces(can do larger if you are not grilling much duck) Directions
Cut the duck into pieces that are about 4 inches wide. Place the duck in the middle of a piece of bacon(can cut the bacon in half if needed), place a piece of cream cheese and a jalapeno on top of the duck and wrap it up with the bacon using a tooth pick to keep it together. The amount of time you leave the duck on the grill depends on how rare or done you would like it to be. However, duck does not take long so pay attention and flip when needed.
