anybody have any experience with small outdoor refrigerators? Looking and can't believe you have to spend $ 2000.00 to get a good one.

Get a small dorm fridge for $100 at Lowe's. Replace as needed. This was the advice our outdoor kitchen guy gave us.

I dont see the need for buy a brand new, specifically designed "outdoor" refrigerator. I've had a used full sized one for a few years that I picked up for $25. Works great.

Unless you're looking for something specific or don't want used, try Craigslist. They have plenty in the $100-$200 range. Most of them are from people remodeling kitchens and have nothing wrong with them.

That doesn't seem right. I go mine for free from a college student leaving a dorm.

Yeah. A dorm one is ok, but it doesn't nearly hold the beer a regular sized used kitchen fridge does. Do yourself a favor. Buy an old one, clean it, stock it, and enjoy!

I will be getting a new fridge soon, and already have an outdoor fridge that came with the house when I bought it, so one of them will be up for grabs....

Been having one of these in the shed for about 2 years now. Smaller than a regular ice box so it fits perfectly between shelving units.

Crab trap bait on top, beer on the bottom. Less than $300.

What more do you need?

thanks, I'm building an outdoor kitchen and was looking at a under the counter model, dorm size and the price range is huge. think I'll go with the cheap one for now and replace as needed, I mean shite you can buy 10 of the $ 200.00 models for what one of the official outdoor models cost.
