Ouachita River Big Bass Tourney this weekend.

Anyone fishing Ronald McDonald Tourney? Sounds like everyone is going to be up the bayou.

Don't know when I'll get a chance to go again, but we used to wear the bass out below the D'arbonne spillway on bandit 200's.

I can't wait to get out there with my BIL who still lives in West Monroe and try out some Alabama rigs below the spillway.

Have they tightened the rules on that tournament yet (as far as where you can fish)? When I was in school in Monroe it was typically won by someone fishing Turkey Creek or Yucatan.

If i was home i'd go fish the McDonald's tourney at TB
They need to change the Ronald McDonald tourney to a different weekend for more people to fish IMO

Yes. This year only Ouachita River. In the past you could fish Turkey Creek and Lake Darbonne. I think having it the same weekend as the big tourney on Toledo Bend will hurt them. Also, river is VERY low.
