LINK

A couple good points he makes.

"We are Americans," Mueller wrote. "We must not allow, nor shall we tolerate, the actions of criminals, no matter how heinous the crimes, to prompt politicians to enact laws that will infringe upon the liberties of responsible citizens who have broken no laws."

"We're restricted and prohibited from enforcing all types of federal laws, including immigration laws," he said Tuesday. "It would be unreasonable for anyone to think that I would enforce a federal firearms law."

While I truly applaud this gentleman.....its scary to think how far this country has fallen that the systems of checks and balances within our govt are so far broken that local state agencies are ignoring & calling out Fed agencies....i know....poli board

Prob the best point on the matter I've heard so far from a state authority.

If it weren't for my kids and ole lady that's where I would be. When I get older and get the kids out of the house I will have a place on a lake somewhere away from everyone.

Another good one

Texas Proposal

"If a federal official comes into the state of Texas to enforce the federal executive order, that person is subject to criminal prosecution," Toth told 1200 WOAI's Joe Pags Tuesday. He says his bill would make attempting to enforce a federal gun ban in Texas punishable by a $50,000 fine and up to five years in prison.

I just may be moving to Texas!

I don't think that is legal, but would be awesome if so!

Absolutely not political board!

Besides the fact that there are a ton of psychos in there, the OB needs to be addressed and up to date with firearms laws.

We are patriots and we are the ones who will stand shoulder-to-shoulder to combat any ridiculous gun law that they wish to pass.

It's important that OB'ers are kept current on events. I hate it anytime someone tries to discount what another person says by saying "political board." By all means, keep us informed!!

It has an interesting personality but I wouldn't consider it ultra liberal, probably more Libertarian imo
