Was in the back 40 working on my camp. Dogs were with me. One started barking his arse off, so I told him to get it. Sure as shite, he did. Bagged a small piggie. Pot size! I will post a picture later. On the phone.

They've slowed down a little here but we've trapped 42 in the last month

A few. If it's not raining this evening, I will check just before sun down when they fly.

Here you go, pot roast size in one.

My little boykin/lab mix. Rabbit, squirrel or what every runs from him catcher. He is becoming a hunting machine.

That's awesome , my chessie used to fetch swamp rabbits all the time . Fun to mash shooting rabbits and woodcocks at three rivers.

Sweet end of the season is near and birds are getting thin with the warm weather. We never really saw a big migration push this year. Just trying to find a concentration somewhere...

He earn his keep a few months ago. Was waking to the back 40, and I blacked out. Nobody around and he stayed with me, licking me in the face till I woke up. He is under my feet all the time.

So so Wick. Kind of touch and go. Really haven't been getting out much, but when I do, it's like I'm at full force. The wife bitches, but after 36 years and knowing me well, she just means well. Good woman.

Wick,

Interested in snipe with your dogs? If so, let me know. May have a spot. Checking on access right now.

Snipe won't hold for the dogs, so I don't chase them...

Didn't get a chance to check Wick. Was storming here. With this next cold snap, just maybe more might come with it.

Friend of mine last week at our lease took out 11 with one shot ! ! !

sort of...

Shot the sow and she had 10 unweaned piglets with her...

They managed to catch three...which will be grain fed for future slaughter...the others will be yote, bobcat or hawk food since they could not be caught.

11 down...untold numbers to go...
