Build your own, and yes it works very good. Go to Tractor supply and get the heavy plastic feed buckets that have the flat back side. Drill a hole near bottom with a 1 1/4" hole saw. Insert a $10 water heater element from Lowes, and wire that to a short extension cord. Add a little Dawn to the water, drop in skull, plug in, and walk away.
