What is the OB's thoughts on a S&W sport model AR-15? My father-in-law bought one because he thought it was a good price, and he thought either me or my wife's cousin might want it. He already bought himself a different one, but asked me over the weekend if I wanted to buy this one from him. I think he paid around $600 for it. My wife thinks we're all crazy but i'm thinking about buying it from him. He'd sell it to me for what he paid.

Has anyone ever purchased from gunbuyer.com? I can't tell if this is too good to be true. Colt le6920 socom with 100 rds of ammo, $1099. I've read some favorable reviews but there isn't much out there.

The pictogram is there, but that selector only goes 90 degrees....unfortunately.

I got the Premium Midlength PSA upper for 269
BCG 89 (premium)
CH ~20
Lower 189 (but with magpul)
PMAG 10
MBUS 55
Midlength MOE handguard 30
and it runs amazing. eats tula like it's nothing
Think that's around 650 for milspec, CL 1:7 FN barrel and Magpul.

That is how you do it, might upgrade the BCG if anything and add an ALG ACT trigger. That would put you right at $800 for a really good rifle.
