If you want an AR, that one is a great one and a good price. I would not hesitate in buying it, except that I already have too many.

I did a bunch of research on them a few months back. That's when I told my buddy that I was going to get one or the other (can't remember which) and he said that he had a UBR for me (Magpuls version). I stopped looking since then and forgot which one I liked and why. I'll jump on the computer in just a bit and see if I can't jog my memory. I'll actually remember to post back today, maybe.

If I remember correctly, I was planning on getting the basic Emod stock and then getting the JP buffer spring. Found Here
None of its cheap but I think that combo had the best reviews. Locked up solid and reduced recoil.
I am now getting a Magpul UBR for free (suck it). I know that its gonna be heavy but this is on a full length 16" anyways, not gonna be super light. Plus, its my hunting rig (300BLK) so the perfect cheek weld is gonna be nice. I still plan on getting the JP buffer tube too.
So basically,
I would get the basic over the kit.
The UBR and EMOD and basically the same thing, just look different.
ETA: I recommend the JP buffer regardless.

Yeah that would be a waste. Had a .22 build planned out, but all my resources are going to 300blk now
