Non-submersible water pump for dry-well

I have installed a french drain with a dry-well from a basement window well. On weeks like this, where it rains 6 plus inches over the course of a day I'd like to have a backup plan. I'm thinking a Non-submersible pump where i can place a hose down the relief cap and run a hose out 50 feet.
The problem is there is no power out where I would need it. I'd either run a extension cord out about 60 feet, or have the pump on my deck but need to hose about 60 feet to the well and then another 40 feet of outlet hose. Of course all of this would need to occur without electrocuting myself.
Any suggestions?

Will a French drain help at all with 6" of rain?

It does but it is reaching its limits.

I've only read about 2'x2'x2' Frenchies, your's must be huge.

Seems buying hose would be way cheaper than running new power. I'd recommend the largest diameter hose that will fit the pump to help with the electrical draw.

The dry-well itself is a 55 gallon with about 18" of 3/4-1" rock backfilled around it.

what about a gas powered trash pump with 2-inch hoses?
