Glock really needs to update their slide release. My g34 works good by my g30sf is major pita.

Yeah, when I bought my g30 the slide release and take down levers were pretty much unusable. I put the extended versions on almost immediately.

Looks like the front is beveled and rounded off a bit also. Seen a lot of custom jobs doing that

The slide release was very stiff new so it was hard to get enough pressure on it. I couldn't even use the take down levers, part of the problem was my short nails though but they were still too small. The extendable parts are cheap enough that its not really a big deal anyway.

So they got a rts style texture with a gen 2 grip and use a gen 4 back strap.
Here's what they need to do. Fix the slide release by using an extended one. Put decent sights on. For hand grip do like HK does on the VP9 or even go as far as different finger groove sizes.

I was about to pop for a Glock 19 Gen4.
Should I wait for the Gen 5?
