We've used Blanco Bros. for my roof, my parents', and several rental properties. They have always done a very good job. Price is somewhere in the middle, but I will vouch for the quality of their work.

Thanks for all the suggestions MIL developed slight leak and I'll be calling in an expert to diagnose where it is.

If the roof is not very steep, like 3/12 it will either be in the valley or in dips in the sheathing between the rafters 95% of the time.
