My girlfriends dad had one mounted several years ago by a local guy in New Roads. It's great. Let me know if you want more info if you are in this area.

What'd you shoot it with? I shot one last weekend with my 7mag needless to say I couldn't mount it.

I shot him with my 7mag. I was very surprised at how little damage was done. My dad shot one last year with his 7 and blew it to hell. I was happy but a little concerned about.the lack of damage. Made me question what I am shooting.

My fears were put to rest about 30 min ago. I dropped an 8 point in his tracks. I'm stil on stand. A pics thread will follow later.

My buddy's brother just got one back not too long ago, came out really good looking. I believe it was a guy in Reserve or Garyville that did it but I'm not 100% sure

Be prepared to pay $600 - $1000. Coyotes range $400 plus. Seriously.

Not sure where you are located but Sonny Amato in Central does outstanding work. His bobcat mounts are the best I have ever seen. Definitely not the cheapest you will find but work is top notch. Taxidermybysonny dot com

Hey man, my bad, a thousand apologies to you. I don't normally do that. I must have woken up in bad mood, I pissed off a lot people yesterday.

Call the National Taxidermist Association there in Slidell and ask for the name of the certified master taxidermists in your area. Also, Geauxt's taxi did an outstanding job on his cats.

I like the ones where they are relaxed instead of showing teeth.
