Fish, I think I will add some casters. It's already at 36" though, may be just a tad to high once I add casters. May cut the legs down with my Sawzall.

You can do that. Set the wheels to were the bottom is about 1/2" off the ground. That will hide the wheels somewhat.

I'm going to bring a little softness into this thread. Don't laugh at me . Anyone making anything for their woman for valentines day? I think I just decided to go this route this year. Maybe a picture frame.

Go for it. I've been helping my wife make little crafts that she sells. Tons of frames and just cutting thin sheets of plywood for her to paint on. We also made Christmas presents for most of the family this past year.

Nice. I know mine wants a big frame with chicken wire to clip pictures on. Prob some damn pinterest idea. Might see if I can pull that off if I can find what she's talking about. She told me about it months ago.

Mine wanted the exact same thing. I made it for her a few years ago. Used 1/2" mdf. Not gonna lie. The chicken wire was a huge pain in the arse.

I'll look and see if I have a picture.

I'll post some pics tonight of something we're working on for a friend. She found some old metal ceiling tiles and wanted them framed out. I've got that much done, but we still need to put some felt or other backing on them so the old metal doesn't scratch the wall. I've found it easier on the larger frames to not try and do a 45 degree joint. I just use straight cuts and make the top/bottom of it full width, and attach the sides between that.

Forgot I had a pic of this until now. It is a framed piece my wife painted for the kitchen. The light is in the way, but it says by his hands we are fed.

Dammit coulda helped ya both out!

Yea I'm thinking the 45s may be a bitch. I can't decide if I just just make the straight cuts or not.

How many you willing to part with? Can you post a picture wife has been looking for some as decoration and I refuse to let her spend money for them at an antique shop. I'd be willing to drop some off to lsugrad35 I think we're practically neighbors.
