Coons are no joke. I'd have like to see that go down.

My uncles dachshund is 34 pounds. Used to hunt badgers with him. And yeah, a raccoon nearly killed my 2 year old lab

I had a mutt one time (looked like a golden retriever, but wasn't) who took a coon into the water...I thought that damn dog is dead now...coon's gonna drown him. But ole General slung that coon so hard he snapped its neck...grabbed the coon and dropped it at my feet.

Paw paw said..."that's the damndest thing I ever saw..."

Damn good dog once we got him broke of playing with chickens.

I saw a badger while bowhunting in KS. It was an intimidating sob. I kinda wanted to shoot it, but i didn't want to piss it off.

He is. They were really worried about that, he just has a big gash on the back of his neck

Dachshund's were originally bred to dig badgers out of their holes, FWIW - not a sport for the timid.

Highball went to his grave thinking that boar coon killed him. So sad.

I don't touch wild animals unless they're dead, ever since I got fricked up by a mongoose I trapped in Hawaii when I was 11

Great Danes were built to hunt boars - Chows lions (but in packs - full size dachshunds were supposed to go flush out a badger by himself.)

I'd be the worse dachshund in history, "F*ck you buddy - that's a BADGER hole."

My wife just texted me that our 32# dachshund ate our son's PB&J sandwich in the span of five seconds while she turned her back on him.
