Interesting hood you reside in.

Let's see.....
Boat without a motor in a 6" hole in the backyard with no trailer, wooden ladder stand looking down upon aforementioned boat in 6" hole, and an old gas pump.

What else could one find in your hood?

this is what I am interested in.
Why is your yard almost completely dirt/no grass? You got lots of animals back there?
Why does your neighbor have a stand on the back of his house? is it over-looking a field?
From the looks of your fence and the side of neighbor's house it appears you live in a newish/decent 'hood.
Please post more pics. A 360 panoramic view would be the tits.

I like the cinder block boat dock. Gonna be nice during the rainy season.

Somehow I knew my name would be here. Does the boat float?

I live in Alpine, TX. Grass does not grow well here without lots of water. We only get about 12" of rain a year. My front yard is completely rock with a few desert plants. What you see at the neighbors is his back porch cover. Behind the houses is open land and then horse stables, riding arena and mountains. We do have mule deer that roam around back there and around the hood. I see them daily on my way to work. The neighbor hood is relatively new. My house is 2 years old. The lots are all half acres and there is only two streets.

The boat is in good shape. I could not pass it up for $100. It will never see water again Im sure.
