My little girl shot her first buck this morning.

24 degrees this morning had both my son and daughter with me. 8:30 a buck comes out pushing some does, he gets within 20 yards I grunt him to stop and she drops the hammer. Talk about a proud moment.

That's awesome bud. I get excited when I hunt with someone and watch them turn deer room temp. Can only imagine what it would be like if it was my kid, if I had one ha.

It's hard to put into words how it made me feel to watch my daughter shoot her first. But I am still on cloud nine. You would have thought we won the lotto when we saw that buck fall over. She has been hunting hard last year and this year, and it finally paid off.
