Does anyone know the cost in the Baton Rouge area to have a home regularly sprayed for mosquitos or have a system put in that sprays periodically for you? Thanks for the help.

Figured I would come here to get a real answer and not an OT answer. Since you apparently need a reason to have a question answered, it's for my elderly mom who lives alone and wants to enjoy her outside areas.

I can tell you about automatic mosquito control systems. How big an area? Fenced? What type construction is the house.

Shoot me an email. Jj283td@gmail.com

1800 sq foot house just under a third of an acre with a wooden fence. House is on a concrete slab and is stucco, brick, and siding.

Linear foot of fence? Is the area she wants to hang out in surrounded by fence?

Probably about 300 linear feet of fence. The backyard is surrounded by the fence, the front yard is not.

That is a real answer. I've dealt with mosquito mist systems. I removed the system my elderly parents had because it was easier to use the spectracide product compared to maintaining the mist system.

I'll give you my mom's address since I live 200 miles away and will send you that $8 check. It's in the mail, so let me know when it gets to you. Thanks for the help.

If you live in EBR parish the mosquito control dept will spray your yard for free. Just have to call and ask them to come out. Will come once a week if you ask.

A few people were wondering of the dyna trap worked so I finally took pictures when I emptied it.

I think they are small enough to get out. Catches a crap ton of mosquitos though.

Probably doesnt even put a dent in them though.
